Engaging in the process of intentional career assessment and development of customized resumes to target specific opportunities are proven to maximize your chances of getting through the multi-layer job applicant screening process. Resumes need to be expertly crafted to pass applicant tracking software criteria, HR reviews, and then must ultimately engage hiring managers, typically dedicating no more than two minutes for initial resume review.
OUR COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
Initial Step - A Free 15-minute call is scheduled to meet you. Time is taken to learn about your career challenges, career objectives, and to identify next step target positions. You will then send me your existing resume and some samples of actual job openings that you wish to target. A Resume Consult phone session time is confirmed.
Review of your existing resume and initial recommendations for your revised resume will be prepared before our Consult session. Sample resumes for your area of expertise will be prepared to share as an initial guide for our 60-minute session.
60-minute phone session to “Listen and Learn” about your career journey, areas of expertise and target positions.
You will take notes provided during our meeting and update your resume with recommendations discussed. Upon completion of this first draft, you will be 85% done with your resume.
We will correspond back and forth to complete your final draft and your final resume can be ready to submit for job openings within 1-2 days from our original meeting.
Consult fees start at $375 with packages customized to your specific needs.
